Drummoyne Swimming Club has moved to the Swimming Metro North West Area (SMNW) region of Swimming New South Wales.
Prior to the move, the Club was in the Swimming Metro South East Area (MetSEA) region. The change in areas was made in order to distribute swimming clubs more evenly across Sydney,
Speedo Sprint Series is fast approaching, so get your entries in quick!
The Heats will be held on 7th February 2009 at Bexley Swim Centre in two age-based sessions:

The closing date for entries is 30th January 2009, but earlier submission would be appreciated.
MetSEA will be holding a Development Meet at MLC Aquatic Centre in Burwood on 28th February 2009, starting at 2pm.

Congratulations to Jack Slater for smashing his own Club Record for 50m Breaststroke in the Championship event on 6 December 2008, setting a new time of 34.23s in his Heat and 34.70s in the Final.

)MetSEA is a new Association, formed in March 2008 as an amalgamation of the City of Sydney District Swimming Association Inc and other swimming associations in the region, to promote swim meets in our area. The City of Sydney District Swimming Association Inc previously held the City of Sydney Carnivals, in which our Club has enjoyed considerable success. Club members are encouraged to represent our Club at MetSEA meets to continue our proud track record.
