Improve your swimming technique and fitness by diving into our training squads every morning in Lanes 1 and 2 at Drummoyne Pool:

Day Programme
Monday 6:00am-7:00am – Senior Squad (Adult Fit)
Tuesday 6:00am-7:00am – Junior Squad
Wednesday 6:00am-7:00am – Senior Squad (Adult Fit)
Thursday 6:00am-7:00am – Junior Squad
Friday 5:30am-7:00am – Senior Squad (Adult Fit)

 

Adult Fit

  • Lap swimming (2-3km)
  • Informal coaching by Arthur Fogarty or squad leader of the day

Junior Squad

  • Fun learn-to-swim style session for kids between 6-9 to build confidence, skills and speed
  • Coaching to develop technique
  • Dives, turns, starts
