Constitution of Drummoyne Amateur Swimming Club Incorporated
The above constitution was registered with NSW Fair Trading on 12 July 2021 pursuant to the following special resolution being carried at a General Meeting of the members on Saturday 29 May 2021 held at the Concord Bowling Club, 1A Claremont Avenue, Concord NSW:
That the Constitution of the Drummoyne Amateur Swimming Club Incorporated, in the form presented to the General Meeting and initialled by the Chairman of the General Meeting, be adopted as the Constitution of the Club, in substitution for and to the exclusion of the Club’s existing Constitution.
