Ready to Race!
Welcome to Week 3 of our Summer Racing Season! We hope you’re all enjoying the competition and the fantastic atmosphere poolside. This week brings another exciting lineup of events that will test speed, technique, and endurance.
This Week’s Events
Get ready to dive in for the following races:
50M Freestyle – Our classic sprint event! Whether you’re chasing a personal best or trying to claim bragging rights, this is your chance to show your speed.
50M Butterfly – Time to showcase those powerful arms and undulating rhythm. The fly can be challenging, but it’s always a crowd favourite!
200M Medley – The ultimate test of versatility. All four strokes in one race – this event separates the all-rounders from the specialists.
As always, we’ll be running modified distances for our junior swimmers, ensuring everyone gets a chance to compete at an appropriate level.
Registration Reminder
Please remember to register as a club member through Swimming Australia’s Swim Central portal. This applies to all swimmers, including those on free trials. Registration is important as, among other things, it ensures that you are covered by Swimming Australia’s insurance policy.
If you need help navigating Swim Central, please reach out to our club administrators who are happy to assist.
Join Our Squad Training Sessions
Want to improve your technique and build fitness between race days? Our club squads are completely FREE for all members and provide excellent coaching in a supportive environment.
Senior Squads: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Junior Squads: Tuesday & Thursday
Squad training is the perfect way to work on your starts, turns, and stroke technique while building the endurance you need to perform your best on race day. All skill levels are welcome!
Squads start at 6 am in Lanes 1 and 2.

See You Poolside!
We can’t wait to see everyone racing this week. Remember to warm up properly, stay hydrated, and most importantly – have fun and support your fellow club members!
Good luck to all our swimmers!
